The 3 – course dinner event had some A-list Las Vegans as well as some important guests from Africa.

Attorney Sonnie Braih Esq. of NDOT / Attorney General Office, Dr. Nana & Genevieve Kuffour of Pioneer Pediatrics, Dr. Anette Tejeiro f Peruvian Chamber of Commerce, Cheik Beye, Chief Chef at Tao’ & his lovely wife Elisabeth, Mrs Abibata Zakariah, DCEO of MASLOC-Office of the President of Ghana, Mr. Charles Waithaka, Chairman, Micro & Small Enterprise Authority, Kenya and a host of others were special guests and awardees.

Kenyan top business woman Tabitha Karanja, CEO Keroche Breweries, was also honored for her remarkable contribution to women enterprise in Africa. She was represented by John Nyengosa, Corporate Affairs Director at Keroche Breweries. AWEP Kenya were also at the event that saw the Chairperson Zohra Baraka, honored for her remarkable women leadership, she was represented by AWEP CEO, Joy Kyula.

Angelina Lanae Kirkling’s ZDDL, with its African/native American fashion line featuring Sonaiya’s accessories, thrilled guests on the runway along with the sublime evening wears presented by Debra Story’s Blazzian Collections, the two amazing designers left many breathless.

African drummer, Perfect had people moving in their seats, sonorous voiced Kel Pitts, belted out gospel songs that drew ovations. Fast rising comedienne Shannon da Queen and afro beat crooner Nimitek also thrilled guests.
